Asphalt Overlays / Asphalt Resurfacing

Asphalt overlay, also known as resurfacing, is a cost-efficient option for repairing surface damages to your pavement such as small cracks, rutting and depressions.

Asphalt overlay is a paving method to apply a new layer of asphalt to a deteriorating asphalt surface. Instead of tearing up an old asphalt surface an asphalt overlay uses the existing layers as a base for the new asphalt pavement.  If the asphalt surfaces has severe damage such as rutting, potholes, large cracks, and expansions it will have to be milled before an overlay is applied.
